A BILL to repeal §11-16-21 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requirements as to franchise agreements between brewers and distributors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 16. NONINTOXICATING BEER.

§1. Repeal of section relating to requirements as to franchise agreements between brewers and distributors.

§11-16-21 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal a section of the code relating to requirements as to franchise agreements between brewers and distributors.
